planning Phase






During the Project Planning Phase, project teams complete the bulk of their planning work—preparing the functional specification and solution design and preparing work plans, cost estimates, and schedules for the various deliverables—which they roll up into a master Project Plan.


In this phase, Tad Nelson Consulting will assess the clients computing environment, documenting the existing processes and configurations. Finally a delivery project plan will be created encompassing all of the tasks detailed in the design document along with the schedule for their implementation.
